Warehouse operations & setup
Full BESS and EV warehouse build-out and daily run: floor layout, racking, safety zones,
climate control, and HV-aware storage from day one.
Example We configure pack orientation, aisle widths, and fire lanes before the first inbound trailer arrives.
Inbound
Receive trucks, screen for transit damage, scan units into inventory, and put away to the correct climate and status location.
Example A BESS container lands at 06:00 — every pack is photographed, labeled, and put away before second shift starts.
Incoming quality control (IQC)
Structured incoming inspection so nonconforming units never mix with good stock — quarantine, hold, and disposition with a clear record.
Example An EV pack fails IQC seal check → moved to quarantine in the WMS → engineering notified the same hour.
Outbound
FIFO pick, DG packaging, documentation, and dispatch to OEM, site, or reman — with shipment visibility tied to each unit.
Example Customer needs eight packs at the plant by Monday — we pick oldest good stock, pack Class 9, and ship with paperwork complete.
Sorting & containment
Plant-floor or warehouse sorting, hold/release control, and shift reporting — the same class of quality containment manufacturers expect from specialist partners.
Example Suspect connector lot overnight: sort OK / NOK, contain failures, release conforming units so the line restarts at first shift.
Rework & repair
Documented rework plus BESS and EV pack repair loops — intake, diagnosis, reman handoff, scrap, or return-to-service with full history.
Example Field-failed pack arrives → FA routing → reman or scrap yard — every status change tracked in the WMS.
Safety & compliance
DOT lithium and Dangerous Goods credentialing for Class 9 handling, packaging, and transit — zero shortcuts on hazardous materials.
Example Outbound lithium shipment packaged and documented by DG-certified staff under 49 CFR requirements.
Custom WMS & traceability
Purpose-built warehouse software for battery programs — unit-level tracking across inbound, IQC, repair, and ship.
Example Scan a pack at every status change so warehouse and engineering share one live record.
